Skylinx - Customer only received the SIM card instead of Device

In some cases customer only have received the sim card instead of device when order is placed for 2 year term with device. Following could be possible issues are solution in this case scenario:

1) Skylinx agent ordering did not ordered the device :
    Contact the skylinx support via task to find out if they have ordered the device (call recording can be pulled as well in this case). If Skylinx support has not ordered the device, Follow the following steps
    • Call and cancel the Sim card account (it can't be upgraded for 30-60 Days)
    • When cancel thing get the interaction from carrier agent to waive all the charges associated with account
    • Call and place the new order with device
2) Customer was not approved for device:
     If customer is not approved for device, Advise customer to visit rogers store,
