Skylinx - How to port the number out from Fongo

Just like any other carrier customer need the Fongo account number to port number out from Fongo to any other carrier.
When customer was porting the number to Fongo they have received the Invoice for number port from Fongo. In that invoice number customer number is Fongo account number.
some time customer forgets, so always search email with word Fongo and try to find any email with subject invoice and attachment.
Another method is to open the support ticket using following method and Fongo will send customer number in email with 24 to 48 hours
  • Tap on menu on left top corner
  • Tap on Account
  • Tap on Support
  • Tap on Submit a Support Request
  • Complete the form
    • Subject: Number Portout Request
    • Description: I want to port my number out from Fongo, I need my customer number
    • Your issue type: Fongo Mobile > Porting Inquiry
