Easytel Wireless - Canadian No Calling Issues

Use this article if issue is related to Canadian Number

Canadian No Incoming Calls
  • Check if Canadian number has been ported successfully https://goo.gl/JGlurS
  • User Portal > Main Settings > Verify Forwarded No > Save Again even if it is correct
  • Agent Portal > Check if there is positive balance besides Canadian No
  • Agent Portal > Select VOIP > Change Both Servers to 69.90.241.48 (must logout the dialer and login again)
  • If Calls are going to US number's voicemail, then there is no issue

Canadian No Outgoing Calls
  • Confirm if Dialer has "Registered" status
  • Agent Portal > Check if there is positive balance besides Canadian No
  • Ensure iOS version is up to date, 10 or above (Settings > General Settings > About > Version)
  • Agent Portal > Select VOIP > Change Both Servers to 69.90.241.48 (must delete the dialer and reinstall again)
