Easytel Wireless - Canadian No Calling Issues
Use this article if issue is related to Canadian Number
Canadian No Incoming Calls
- Check if Canadian number has been ported successfully https://goo.gl/JGlurS
- User Portal > Main Settings > Verify Forwarded No > Save Again even if it is correct
- Agent Portal > Check if there is positive balance besides Canadian No
- Agent Portal > Select VOIP > Change Both Servers to 69.90.241.48 (must logout the dialer and login again)
- If Calls are going to US number's voicemail, then there is no issue
Canadian No Outgoing Calls
- Confirm if Dialer has "Registered" status
- Agent Portal > Check if there is positive balance besides Canadian No
- Ensure iOS version is up to date, 10 or above (Settings > General Settings > About > Version)
- Agent Portal > Select VOIP > Change Both Servers to 69.90.241.48 (must delete the dialer and reinstall again)
